General shipping regulations:

Shipping fees do not apply to all products. Events, for example, are usually excluded from this.

Unless otherwise stated, goods are shipped with DHL. In exceptional cases (e.g. for large or bulky items), a forwarding agency can also be used. As a rule, packages are delivered after 1-5 working days. This is not a guaranteed delivery time on our part, as we have no influence on external service providers. The return costs are always to be borne by the buyer. Alternatively, you have the option of picking it up yourself in selected shops on site.
